Matt began to spend the summers during high school on the Outer Banks working in his parents’ business. Matt has a degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, concentrating in Real Estate & Urban Land Development, after which he worked in the property management field as well as banking. Matt moved to the Outer Banks in 2002 with his wife and children and has been a full time Realtor since 2003.
